It was very appreciated that someone met us at the room and helped us get settled. The location is amazing, not just the neighbourhood (walking distance to many of the theatre's in the area, 10 to 15 min walk to Trafalgar Square or Piccadilly Circus), but there are 5 restaurants downstairs in the court yard of the building alone, and many 1 to 2 blocks away. The room was very spacious. It was a quick walk from the Elizabeth line station at Tottenham Court Road.

There were a few maintenance issues - slow/plugged drain in ensuite shower, very slow/weak WiFi and the vent over the stove did not work. It was a little more expensive compared to other locations in the area, however it was a very large property. With all of the restaurants and pubs in the area, there was quite a bit of outside noise late in the night, especially given we stayed there on a Friday and Saturday night.

The location was ideal for my elderly parents with mobility issues. The aesthetic of the chalet was lovely.

It said that this was a fully equipped kitchen but there was no colander, had to purchase one. The bathroom door lock was broken so you couldn't shut the bathroom door and outdoor furniture needed a good clean. Microwave had seen better days.

Room was very dated, uncared for (although clean) and zero soundproofing. The large group of very drunk loud men kept us awake all night and their disgusting (still drunk) behaviour at breakfast including the worst kind of swearing in front of young families was not challenged. I don't blame the (all female) staff who were clearly very intimidated but the company that took the booking. The listing implies a level of comfort and surroundings that simply did not exist. The rooms need total refurbishment.

Accommodation not suitable for people who have less mobility, rooms too small, stairs awkward with doors on them that need to be held open whilst ascending and descending.
