The room was very clean and the facilities are great however the breakfast is definitely not worth the price . I have visited several times and the breakfast has been poor. The scrambled egg is very runny there is not enough choice for the cost . I have stayed elsewhere with cheaper breakfast better choice. Hashbrowns and omelette need to be on the menu. If I am expected to pay twenty five pound per head I expect a variety of foods

The hotel has plenty of parking and indoor heated pool and we enjoyed using the pool and sauna. The staff was helpful when we asked questons. We were charged for the parking as we forgot giving our car plate number with the reception but when we informed the hotel, the charge was dropped. Highly appreciated their quick response on this matter.

At the time of check in, we were informed that we will be charged 10 pounds for using the pool but at the pool, we were told it is free for hotel guests. In addition, kids are not allowed to use the pool after 6pm. We hope the information regarding pool use to be a bit more clear....

It was small but it had everything we needed for a quick trip to London, it was comfortable and clean, it wasn’t right in the centre but it was close enough that we were able to get places easily and fairly wuickly

There was only 1 pillow each on the bed and they were quite flat so could have done with more than 1 but this wasn’t a major issue/didn’t put us off coming back

Food was excellent although tomatoes served on the vine for breakfast was very unusual - would not recommend this as when trying to get the tomatoes off the vine the tomatoes squirted everywhere!

Mattress was very uncomfortable and needs replacing, the pillows also need to be replaced. No bedside cabinets - no where to put your cup of tea !!! The bathroom needs updating - the washbasin and bath drains did not drain at all well!! Needed an extra chair in the bedroom. We were told that the rooms were due for refurbishment!

The bathrooms were not very clean at all black rims around the inside of the toilet. It's totally unacceptable in a hotel that is supposed to be 4 🌟 also mould around the sink. Not disabled friendly at all the lift only services the first floor for wheelchair users. The corridors slope in various directions. So, it is not ideal for those who have disabilities The car park isn't easily accessible. Overgrown with plants 6ft in height in places, the stems are extremely spiky, as are the leaves . Also rotten wood on the steps. The pool was dirty with a visible tide mark around it . The restaurant service is appalling and waited over 50 minutes for food . We had to chase our drinks order. Eventually, we got them 40 minutes later . On complaint we were told there was a coach party in the restaurant .Doesn't make other paying customers feel welcome one bit! Staff generally didn't seem to know what they were doing.! The lights in the bathroom kept tripping the electrics. This hotel is badly lacking in standards of service and cleanliness.
