It was a beautiful property. Clean and had little bits and bobs ( toothbrush, toothpaste, shower wash etc) nice little touch. Somewhere to sit outside ( blankets if needed ). The host was very friendly and helpful. Close to Stanstead Airport.

It cost us £18 for a taxi to the airport from the accommodation. Not sure if this was due to leaving at 5am but thought it was very expensive for the very short journey.

The location was great, the bedroom and bathroom were also large for London. The staff were lovely and welcoming and made check in and out easy. The blackout curtains were a bonus for a young baby and jet lagged travellers.

We has issues with our heating in our room, the heater was stuck on high heat and very unsafe for our baby. Maintenance didn’t come and fix whilst we were there although they just turned off completely. The staff were very helpful about it. The hotel was on the same street as the police and fire station, so lots of sirens during the day although not as many during the night.

We love staying in the White horse & Griffin. Prime location. Fantastic bar and restaurant. Full of character and charm. The breakfast was amazing. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back.

The room was a good size and the bed was super comfortable, also very quiet considering its in the centre of Bristol, the staff were all very friendly and professional.

The flat was clean and comfy. The kitchen was well equipped and the views amazing.

The towels were a bit small. I like a big bath sheet towel. A teapot and a cafetiere would have been nice additions. Also an umbrella for a little shade outside would also have been handy.

The room was very small - and we had paid extra for the superior room. The bathroom is not separated from the shower so the whole room is wet including the toilet if you have a shower. There is no room service but restaurants are in the terminal. No in room fridge either. It was quite expensive but I guess you have to pay that for the convenience of being in the terminal.

Staff were not very pleasant, the included breakfast was poor and minimal. You had to fill out your breakfast order the night before and it allowed one of each item e.g. one egg, one sausage etc. wouldn’t stay at or recommend this place
