The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.

When guests stay at the property they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff are and more.

After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

The location is perfectly positioned and the hotel and staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The room was spacious clean and the beds very comfortable. Our stay was very short and we wished we could have stayed a little longer. Recommended.

Nothing of note. We didn’t take breakfast so I cannot comment.

The staff went up and above to make you feel welcome. Always smiling and ready to help with the smallest of problems. It was pretty centre to where I needed to be so the location was perfect.

Emergency booking at this hotel after another chain hotel overbooked and cancelled my room at 9.30pm. It’s very well presented externally and room was large for London and comfortable.

Reception team were very giggly and unprofessional. There was lots of side talk in another language when I had 30 seconds difficulty with the iPad check in. My room was on the ground floor, street level with a huge unlockable window which made me uncomfortable. I went back to reception to ask for an alternative and again, rude, laughing, eye rolling. I did get another room but difficult not to be put off by the staff reaction. I didn’t plan to stay in this hotel and wouldn’t visit again.

Room was ok and staff very helpful with location suitable to meet friends in the area.

IBIS is a little overpriced for the facilities on offer. Starting to be uncompetitive brand and could have stayed in the nearby Hilton for much the same cost.

The front desk staff were nice and friendly

The hotel is a complete wreck. The room was dirty, everything was broken or run down. Holes in the wall, dirty bathroom, hair in the sink and shower. I would never stay here again, the building is depressing, as are the rooms. It's a good job the windows only open so far or I would of jumped out.

The fact the lift wasn’t working was a nightmare for us! Yes we got notified 2 weeks before the lift wasn’t work but I thought that by the time we got there, it would be fixed(plenty of time) . That wasn’t the case. First of all there was no out of order sign on the lift so when you first walked into the hotel your stood there waiting for a lift that’s never coming as it’s broke. Then I get put on the top floor- 6 flights of stairs with a 2 year old and a buggy! Absolutely joke. Surely they could see with my booking that I had a child and to allocate me a room on the first floor. We wasn’t the only family put on the top floor with babies! Surely it’s common sense! Clearly not with this hotel. Not as if they was any staff afford to help people worn carrying luggage anyway!
