Last minute booking and the male working (bank holdiay Friday) was so so helpful and kind! The room was spacious and clean! Such good value for money, free parking outside and a one minute walk from the beach!

The location of the hotel with the link to Terminal 4 was one of the reasons we chose it. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Breakfast could be a little more exciting. Check out too early - check in too late! If arriving from west (US/Can) 3pm is too difficult after an all night flight. Perhaps exceptions could be made??

Where do I start? The downstairs shower was broken, forcing 6 people to share one bathroom. Both toilet seats were also broken and kept slipping off, making it uncomfortable to use them. Additionally, there was noticeable mould in some areas of the property. Additionally, there was no mention of a £200 booking deposit on the booking information. It only vaguely stated that guests could be asked to pay up to £200 for damages after checkout. This lack of clarity left me feeling confused when the hosts “representative” reached out with a link to pay the deposit. The issue wasn't the deposit, but the fact this was not clearly stated before booking to give customers a choice to book with them or not. However, the most alarming issue was the discovery of a family living in the garden shed. We only found this out because while we were in the garden, a random man came out of the shed, leaving us extremely fearful for our safety. The lack of privacy was another issue as the curtains didn't cover the windows, allowing the family living in the garden shed to see into the house, which made us extremely uncomfortable and unable to freely move around. This came as a shock to us, and when I reached out to the host, their response was extremely unhelpful; he actually asked me “What would you like me to do about this?” I immediately contacted booking.com who claims they're investigating this. I would not recommend staying here.

The room itself was ok, but bed not comfortable. Spoons left for the coffee very dirty. But the worst part was the bad smell in the stairs used to access the room. Is very close to the toilet so probably comes from there.
