Superb location with McDonald's, subway, Kfc, shopping centre with all top shops all in walking distance. Come out of lime street train station and 2 minutes away on foot at the bottom of the road opposite. Polite and friendly reception staff, check in was easy offering cash or card payment. Room was basic but clean.

Paid for the package including the WiFi which wasn't accepting the voucher code so didn't have WiFi until late in the evening and when we did finally get it after a midnight trip down to reception we were to tired to get any use out if it. No fridge in the twin room we stayed in which was unusual as most hotels do have them in rooms. No eletric power sockets next to either of the beds to charge phones why using them. There was only the socketst close to the tv and desk opposite side of room. Bathroom door was a arms reach away from single bed. Only 2 small lifts for the entire 6 floors of the hotel guest and they were much smaller then the average lift size. They were slow and I stood waiting on 6th floor for over 10 minutes waiting for it to finally come. No room service which would of been a bonus for us to order for a snack on arrival and before bed.

I had a small but well proportioned room, for a single traveller it was perfect. It was on the third floor (there are no lifts) so a bit of fitness is important. Having a small kitchen was great. The staff were all friendly and very helpful. I would stay again.

Kitchen grimy, dirty dishes and cutlery, untidy gardens with overgrown weeds, recycling rubbish to front of house and back garden. Soap/ shampoo bottles empty, door handles hanging off.

NO heating, the radiator was not working! too cold especially during raining day. Not much choice of food for dinner. We ended eating fish n chips.
