Good location, 20 min on foot from city center also bus stops are very near. The room was cleaned every day, well our trash bins were, not so sure about the rest. Our ground floor room had a french door to little backyard, would be nice to have a table and few chairs there. Overall it was a nice room and staff were helpful, we were quite happy with our room.

Mattress was too soft at least for me, our bed had broken grid so it was not very comfortable. Our bathroom could be cleaner, dust on the door, behind toilet. Some dust was in the bedroom too, nothing horrifying but it could use a once over.

Conveniently located close to Earls Court subway. Extremely quiet street. Rooms are small but very clean and well arranged. Everything looks new, possibly because a complete recent renovation.

The room was in the lower ground and the window faced the trash area, with many litter bags piling against our wall (see picture). This is the reason I do not give 10 points

Lovely apartment with everything you could need. Milk and snacks left which was a lovely touch. Great location for a visit to Belfast.

They said they were renovating the 5th floor, for some reason- not rooms I don’t think. But it seemed to me that everything except the lobby was being renovated. The lobby and bar look swish, but the actual hotel halls and my room were very run down. The halls on my floor were very shabby with loose panels etc. My room looked as though it had been hastily renovated- not finished looking. Why are London hotels so expensive for small, shabby rooms?

Room 1.2. You can not walk around the bed. Unlike advertised in the photos. The room has been built around the bed. If one person is getting changed, the other person has to be lying on the bed as two people can not stand up together and both get changed at the same time in this shoebox room. To have the audacity to try and spin the photos to make the room look absolutely nothing like the room that is on offer is a total con. I wasn't expecting much but to be lied to and given this room, which cost nearly £140, is a joke. I know parts of Harry Potter were inspired by Edinburgh, this "room" must have been the inspiration for his cupboard under the stairs room. The only member of staff available, was lovely, but at the same time, they were completely useless and couldn't do anything to help. After trying for two hours on the phone to booking.com, we got nowhere, left the hotel and booked a room in a nearby hotel which set us back £215. I'm going to fight this one, It's a total con. Don't fall into the same trap we did.
