  We were given a lovely upgrade to a suite, they also provided balloons, treats, decorations & wine for my daughter's 21st. The receptionist, Heather was so lovely & full of good advice for travelling around the area. The doorman was also lovely & friendly. The hotel was very nice & breakfast was superb.

  Ideal location centre to everything nice clean tidy room help full staff food was nice put didn’t eat much in there had meals while we was out and about they are nicely decorated enjoyed our stay but not for everyone if you can’t get about a lot of stairs

  The chalets have everything else you could need and are exceptionally clean and the area around Florence court is outstandingly beautiful, this is our second stay and won't hesitate to stay again.

  The electric showers in both apartments need replacing as they aren't up to standards for modern accommodation, also the kettle has seen better days.

  The property was very clean and was very well appointed with everything you could need. Nice furnishings, comfortable bed tastefully decorated. Definitely urban chic

  Its in the rougher part of central eastbourne so “coastal charm” isnt the first thing that come to mind. The sound insulation between the flats is virtually non-existent and the upstairs neighbours in particular seemed to delight in clomping up the stairs and crashing about the flat late at night with no respect to keeping things quiet.There were one or two glitches during my stay which unfortunately were not resolved before i checked out despite prompt communications. Nothing earth shattering but disaappoitning nevertheless.

  Didn't have breakfast. Booked room service but never showed up. Had to cancel it and wasn't told a reason why it wasn't brought

  The air conditioning unit in the room broke down the first night. it was making a horrible noise that kept us up till 3am. Had to turn it off and the room was boiling hot. Having the window open didn't help much as there's heavy curtains which didn't allow much air in, also because it's by the motorway, it was too noisy to have them open. I called reception and the receptionist offered to bring us a fan which I declined because I can't sleep with the noise of a fan. I asked if we could be moved to a different room but was told that there were no more rooms available which was a lie because my friend went online to book a room and there was rooms! The receptionist didn't even offer for someone to come and have a look at the air conditioning unit.

  I really loved the location, almost centrally but very quite and safe. Clean area with nice stores, groceries cafes and metro stations.

  It is a shame to have this nice building in that area and keep it so outdated and dirty. Bathroom decently clean but dust is everywhere and completely unclean.
