The hotel was close to everything we needed . Our room was underground with no windows . It was extremely clean and comfortable, but I would only wish to do a couple of nights due to the room being 3 floors underground . I also think the staff should check when you check in that your ok with an underground room as it wouldn’t suit everyone . We paid in advance with bookings.com and at first they couldn’t find our payment luckily I had all the receipts on my phone . It was quickly sorted .

Location ideal for my business trip to Milford Haven. Parking available on site which was a plus. Staff very friendly and attentive, room was comfortable although it is an old building so you hear all the movements from the rooms above. Evening meal was lovely and good value as was the full Welsh breakfast.

Everything was very clean! We slept really well all 3 nights, my partner is 6’4 so the bed was a little too short for him. Staff were all really friendly, big shout out to them. Breakfast was all great too, sausages were the best item for both of us.

We really liked the kitchenette facilities and crockery. Also the fact that it was easy to prepare a meal if you needed to. Liked the fresh milk cartons in the fridge and bottles of water available. Room 10 was at the back and quiet too.

Would have benefitted from some side lights, especially when winding down at night time, as the main light was fairly bright.

Wonderfull flat, confortable and near the center of Notting Hill. Bus and tube station 5 minute walk with red Central line tube for the centre of London, markets and pubs very close to the flat.

Huge area for parking, safe and secure. Rooms are a good size and the wifi works well in the rooms. Nice garden area, restaurant and bar on site.

Aged rooms, cobwebs not cleared. Shower water flow very slow. No restaurant for dinner the day we went (restaurant Wednesday to Saturday only), limited options for dinner in the little place, had to drive a long distance for dinner.
