Very clean and very spacious apartment. We stayed in the basement flat 9. Huge room and loved the huge wide walk in shower. Exceptionally clean and literally 2 min walk from Kings Cross. There is a reception area outside the basement flats where there are two microwaves that can be used. Each flat has a shoe rack outside to leave outside shoes keeping the flat clean. I loved it and definitely will be coming here back again and recommending to others. The owner Adam is a touch away on WhatsApp and responds pretty quickly too. Good communication with entry to flat. It’s very easy to find for Uber Eats deliveries too. Compared to a lot of other London properties I have stayed in, this one has so far been the best

The window was quite high up so couldn’t open or close it. It was open when we got here but managed to get it closed.

This was the perfect place for my friends and I to come for a short trip. The hotel is in an excellent location, and the value for money is perfect. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable, and has everything you need from a hotel. The lobby area is spectacular with the place really living up to it's name! One thing I particularly liked was that the hotel provided a hair dryer and fan. Not only was the cleanliness of the room a very good standard, but the public areas were also very clean and I had no issue walking through with just socks on (should have taken another pair of shoes!)

The room I stayed at was a little small, but it was completely fine by my partner and I for a short stay. One thing I'll say is the rooms can be quite far from the main lobby area, and take a short while to get to. That's something to bear with but they do also have access for those less able. We also unfortunately weren't able to get rooms close to each other as a large group but that was to be expected from booking late.

It was fresh well maintained and the bedding was fresh and very comfy I felt safe and secure in it because of all the lightings and cameras outside loved all the little extra stuff in the kitchen

The room and bathroom were tiny. No wardrobes, just some hooks on the wall with hangers to hang clothes. When you walk into the room and see 2 sets of earplugs you know there's going to be a problem. Room was facing onto main road so we couldn't leave the window open at night that meant we swealtered as there was no air conditioning. There was a step up to the bathroom/toilet with a lip at the bathroom door, and that led to a trip and being sent sprawling into the room.

Reception staff could not provide a receipt for my stay together where they can’t be bothered attitude to help or assist, I have stayed there before and this time round the reception staff have been shockingly rude last night and in the morning
