Very close to the metro station and within London transport zone 1. Very, extremely friendly and efficient personnel. I would like especially to express my gratitude to Shark, who is always trying his best to help the hotel guests. I would like to wish to all these young people all the good in their future careers and lives and to stay as human as they are now! The internet is of very good speed and coverage (I was on the 5th floor). The room is modest, but clean. The bathroom is after renovation and toiletries are provided. Also a kettle with coffee, tea and sugar are left. The ratio value/price is very attractive.

As the hotel is situated on a busy road, earplugs are mandatory. As the room is very small indeed, I would suggest the hotel management consider to rearrange the space as the kettle and the bin not to be hidden in the wardrobe. It would be better to equip the room with a chair, but not with a stool. I have passed trough spinal operation and my backbone should rest on a stable chair-back. (I paid for superior single room, but i was accommodated in a small double room, I do not know why...)

Breakfast and dinner were excellent, Very clean all around, Helpful, friendly staff. Arrived from Scotland to Belfast via Stenaline ferry, then had to take a taxi to get to hotel, and back again. Worth the money. The point of our trip was to see the Titanic Museum, and so right next door is the Titanic Hotel. Possibly a once-in-a-lifetime trip, so why not. We would recommend to others.

The bathtub drain plug did not hold water in the tub very well, and it seeped out, so bathtub was not as usable as it could be, but that is a minor issue.

a party of 9 and our rooms were changed last minute. the rooms were smelly we had to purchase spray. the room that slept 5 had no heating or hot water. I had suspicions the bed sheets had already been slept in and the floors were so dirty. The enterence is so dark and feels more like run down student accommodation. I sent my concerns on and got no acknowledgement.

Firstly, the entire building has had a persistent smell of marihuana in the hallways. The smell also came into the apartment through windows and doors. Secondly, other residents in the building argued every night, making a lot of noise and shouting to eachother words like “get the fu** out of my house” and “I’m going to fu***** kill you”, making us feat for our safety. Thirdly, the shower drainage was not working properly. We had to wait for 30 minutes between each shower for the water to drain out. Also, there was no more warm water after one of us took a shower. Lastly, we had to leave the apartment early in the middle of the night (approx around 11 pm) and spend the night at the airport, because there was a MOUSE in the kitchen. We find this incident extremely disturbing, as if for no other reason it is a health hazard and we did not expect to stay in such an accommodation. We asked for a refund, because of the mouse, but they said that we are lying, because we messaged them about the mouse after we left the apartment on the last day. The problem here is that we did not know about the mouse until the last moment a.k.a. we saw her the last night that we stayed and left immediately.
