On arrival, I found the staff to be very friendly and professional and focussed on providing a good service. I felt genuinely welcome in their property, and that positivity and great service ethic continued for the six nights of my visit. My bedroom and ensuite shower/toilet were both very clean and bright, everything felt fresh and was clearly maintained to a very high standard. Nothing felt 'tired'. My double bed was very comfortable and plenty big enough for someone of my considerable height - nearly 6 foot 6. It might seem a silly extra, but I was most impressed that the bedroom had a small fridge. I travel - a lot - this is rare. I was doing some writing during my visit, and the internet was great, and the bed was perfect for starting on this work in the morning without needing to get up.

Virtually nothing but if you insist that I am super-petty and dig deep into my inner laziness, then it was the very minor necessity of needing to get out of bed to turn off the main room light at night. There were two adjustable bedside lights that most people would find perfectly sufficient for just about everything. This tiny annoyance I hope demonstrates how happy I was with everything else. It is definitely not something the owners should worry about or spend any money on.

Pretty much everything..a tad noisy but to be expected for location...if you can improve sound then I'd never go anywhere else. Location superb...spacious and comfortable . Well appointed

Breakfast could be a bit more warmer. More choice. Juice need constant topping up thru to the end even for late comers. Bacon was overcooked and not soft. Fried eggs were overdone and hard. Towels not changed for 3 days and toilet tissues not enough to last 3 days. No telephone in room. No fridge in room. Not enough tea n coffee n sugar n milk saches to last 3 days. No eve restaurant dinner supper menu Car parking additional £39 to pay is very pricy considering we had to leave car on gravel outside. Sea gulls droppings on top and windscreen and window sides spoilt our car and it was disgusting to get in. Refund of car park charges please? It cost a lot to clean our car.

There was no one to meet me (a 70 year old woman). I was left alone waiting for the Hotel Transfer bus. I tried to book in with Holiday Inn to avoid being on the street. No rooms. A coach driver telephoned the hotel. The Transfer bus driver wasn't keen on collecting me, despite me being 70 yrs old and having mobility issues. When he did appear,the driver was rude and seemed intent on being defensive

The flat is very low standard, and blood spots were there. Mattress was the worst with a lot of hairs on it, no WiFi, disgusting flat. We had such a bad experience
