The entire apartment was huge! Was very amazed by this. Kyron (host) was also very friendly and prompt with replying to all messages via the chat function. It was a self check in and instructions were easy to follow! Free parking was provided at the compound. Washing machine and all kitchen amenities were provided. We were so happy with the welcome pack in the kitchen! One room came with an en-suite toilet and the other toilet is near the main door :) entire apartment was so clean and the washing machine even came with 2 free laundry capsules! We drove so the location was not a problem!

No lift up, but the flight of steps was ok for our 4 large luggage. Our husbands did all the carrying while the wives waited upstairs ;) apartment was on the second floor.

The room was one of the most comfortable ones I've ever been in, & everything was spotless. There're plenty of coffee & snacks restocked daily, & they've got all toiletries (even an extra glass for brushing!) covered. The location is superb - right opposite the bus station where the train arrives, & there're plenty of cafes in the area that serve good food. Nicola is a sweetheart & I've spent one of the best nights of my life there.

Nothing at all comes to mind! No elevator though, for those with disabilities - but it wasn't a problem for me.

Very disappointed that only one restaurant - Ghillies - was available during our stay, and sometimes booked up until 9:15 pm. Nowhere was it made clear that the other dining options, such as Fratelli’s, were closed Monday-Wednesday. We’d booked breakfast, but the breakfast service didn’t start until 9 am, which meant I had to miss it on my check-out day. It seems a very late start for breakfast service in a luxury hotel. Car parking was at a premium at all times near the reception and spa which could be frustrating. - more disabled spaces needed
