How helpful Abugail was at reception with organising a pack up breakfast as i mentioned i would be leaving early and miss breakfast.The welcome cookie! The bed was really comfy and having a vending machine for things you may have forgotten is definitely a plus as I needed it get a usb cable.

Such a helpful welcome. We arrived too late to eat out, so we had a picnic on the Causeway watching the sunset. The guest lounge was great,as we got to talk with other guests. We wish we had planned 2 nights there

Room, though small and faciliies basic, was adequate for our purposes. Bed was comfortable. Stools did the job of chairs. Water was hot. The staff were helpful and friendly.

Bathroom could have done with a toilet roll holder, perhaps a single steel stand one in the corner, if one can't be fixed to wall. Bathroom space was tight for using the toilet. Passage way at stairs was dark and could benefit from automatic lighting. My elderly wife consequently found the top stairs a challenge.We were sorry breakfast was not provided but understand they were between kitchen staff changes.

The hotel is spotless. The room was a great size with a comfortable bed and pillows. Staff were friendly & helpful. Easy walk to airport.

There wasn't a lot of choice on the dinner menu, and a few of the starters were practically as expensive as a main.

Very busy place. Great food including breakfast. Laundromat across the road. Nice rooms and comfortable bed. Location was great.

Noone on reception. Checking in we had to queue for 25 minutes behind everyone ordering food & drinks. Once sorted all was good.

We left a day early due to the parking situation and being constantly rung by the hotel to tell us that we are blocking cars in even thoe the staff put us there the rooms were like saunas way to hot. With windows open and heating off and the staff wasn't interested tbh

The building is tired and covered up with the decoration. Lift broken, no bedside lights in our room, just a series of difficult to reach switches, one did nothing, overhead light on a dimmer but bulbs strobe if you didn’t get it set right. Breakfast included but anything other than mediocre filter coffee you pay extra etc.
