Pleasant stay at cheadle Village hotel. Everything you need for a relaxed stay. Nice pub food and drinks at a good price. Young man on reception was very lovely and professional.. Would recommend staying here again. Thankyou...😊🙌🍷

Loved the room, it was very spacious and warm, and the staff were really helpful. The hotel is really central in the heart of Stirling, well within walking distance from the Station.

Like most hotels currently it, felt a little run down and slightly shabby. There was no brush for the toilet, and one of the bulbs was popped, in the bathroom. Also I hate those self feed conveyor belt toasters, that take 4 passes to get half cooked toast.

Clean, comfortable, convenient. Very pleasant helpful staff. Jessica on reception is a delight. Room service efficient and courteous.

We would have liked to have a fridge in the room.

Carpets were clean , both on stairs and in room .Bed linen nice and white .. Location suited us . Shower worked .

Needed extra pillows - didn’t realise until it was too late to ask for more . Fairly poor quality pillows , solid . Beds were very poor . Could feel springs clearly on all three beds . Our room faced south and was very hot - though floor standing fan helped a little .

It’s sound proofing didn’t hear a thing from the major rd outside. Was very comfortable and clean.

Recently refurbished so generally in good condition and located in a quiet friendly neighbourhood.
Negative section of review
Kitchen equipment is poor with rusty pans, no wine glasses or washing up items. Toilet seat broken. Fans would be useful especially in the attic room which gets hot when sunny. Sofa is uncomfortable and not practical for a house that accommodates 6 people.
