The bed and breakfast is located just outside Derry in a beautiful quiet location. It is still really accessible and close to the A6. The house has a lovely garden with colourful plants and seating areas. The host was wonderful and gave lots of historical information on local buildings and things to see. The breakfast was amazing with lovely fresh fruit. The house was beautifully decorated, comfortable and clean. The bed in the room had a lovely mattress and I had a great night's sleep. I was tired and very grateful for the rest. there was good safe offroad parking.

On Arrival key was exactly where it was supposed to be, inside was very modern and had everything that we needed. The property was quite secluded with no other houses near so was very quiet, it was within walking distance from the Dunvegan Castle.

Fabulous location for Croft Circuit and the property would easily have slept 4 people (1 double! & 2 singles) Slight bleachy aroma on entry, but it was very clean. Mattresses were comfortable too. Good TV

Train line might upset sensitive sleepers ... not me! Table in lounge would be better in kitchen? only toilet was upstairs quilts were more like winter weight

Nice friendly staff. Nice reception area. Room reasonably clean room but stains and a hair on one of the cups in the tea point. Nice breakfast and restaurant area.

Ill fitting double-glazed windows to room facing the busy road meant there was traffic noise all night. Probably would have been fine on back elevation! My second floor room was overlooked by a 5 storey office block but there are no net curtains or blinds to provide privacy without closing the curtains. Bathroom is very dated and basic. No air conditioning and very warm as sun on room most of the day with no blind shading. No fire / smoke seals to room door allowing noise transmission when anyone passed. No complimentary bottle of water. Whole entrance canopy and car park look tatty and pretty dilapidated. Admittedly, there is work in progress and signs up to that effect in the reception area. Long overdue!

Facilities are now limited viz no Rafters . Also gym is very disappointing. Machines unclean. No TV facilities available. Had to ask for cups for water. Shower in pool not working. Not good enough!
