I had a seamless check in with the lovely lady who made sure I had all the information about everything I could do in and around the accommodation. Initially I had booked for 1 night coz it looked so good on paper that it sounded too good to be true. Lo and behold I was transported to a perfect place I felt like I was in a private island but I was still in the city. I had to check out because it was fully booked for me to extent, I stayed at Teratai villa (another Ini Vie masterpiece) while waiting for availability again at Canggu Cabana as soon as there was an opening I went back for my final night in Bali and Giri sure made it worth it for me. Giri thank you for the finishing touches, the floating breakfast and the flower bath and the little gift ❤️. I will stay in this accommodation for sure in the near future. All my love, Wendy.”

  The staff were so helpful & professional. We checked in approx 3pm, having had no lunch, and they very kindly made us soup & sandwiches. We were there to attend a show at the Carnegie Hall so the staff then arranged for an early dinner. The hotel really went above & beyond to make our stay enjoyable & to help make our evening at Carnegie Hall relaxed with no worries re dining times. The hotel is beautifully decorated, clean, warm & very inviting. The food was delicious & well presented. Breakfast was made to order & again was very tasty.

  The location was great - just a short walk from the tube. Also the price was fine :)

  At first, a mistake happened and we were given a different flat. We have already unpacked our stuff and were about to leave to explore the city, but the owner came back and asked us to pack our things and go to a different accommodation. He was very sorry about it and apologized a lot tho! Then there werent enough towels, so we had to call the owner again to give us one more. The worst thing was probably the green light in the main room. Our friend that was sleeping on the extra bed couldnt sleep at all, because it was on the whole night :(. We tried to cover it with something, but it didn’t help much.
