I arrived to hotel and nobody was there. I called more than 10 times the given phone number and nobody anwered. I wrote via booking that im there and nobody answered. The neighbours gold me nobody is there sińce morning I had to go back to the airport and stay in the hotel there. I Lost money and time and after complaint to booking they say they will Not refounf because the owner said I WAS SLEEPING THERE!!!

The apartment was very clean and a good size. Very comfortable. Location was close to the metro and buses, so getting around was easy. Restaurants near by, Thai Taste Restaurant at the end of road was worth the visits. A problem with power, but the manager sorted it quickly, and was accessible and friendly.

Had a washing machine, so would have been good to have a drying rack.

We didn’t stay at the caravan we thought we had booked (no 53) We stayed in a lovely caravan which was adjacent to the fishing lake which was lovely.

Unfortunately you had to get a day pass for our little one to enjoy the pool for an hour, which you have to get from the resort themselves.

Not a huge problem but hooks or rails to hang towels in the en-suite would be an asset. We felt the price was a little expensive for a single night’s stay

The breakfast. I had the full English, the sausage and the bacon were not of a good quality. Both were tough and looked like they had been cooked previously and warmed up.
