Great location. Easy to access town centre and shops etc. The entrance to the property is a little basic, but the flat was very clean and well equipped. The coffee, tea and biscuits were a nice touch on arrival. The place was a bit chilly and we didn't know how to turn on the heating. The double bed was personally too small for us. And the shower is small but water hot and supplied shower gel, soap shampoo etc. Fluffy towels. A Fair amount of noise out the front of the flat as right by the local bins. It was fine for 1 night for what we needed.

The caravan we stayed in for one night was lovely on arrival. looked and smelt clean, which can be tricky when pets are allowed. The teabags and milk were very well needed after a long journey, so thank you for that. Kitchen equipment appeared clean on using. The sheets and towels smelt lovely and clean. I was impressed how the shower had powerful spray to it. Tv had a good reception. I didn't meet any staff as we didn't venture out to use the facilities. I would recommend to family and friends as a good place to stay. 😊😊😊

There was only the one issue we came across, which I meant to report to reception when leaving. Once we had pulled out the sofa bed, a metal wire poked out, which we tried to push back through but unable to do so. I believe it's gradually worked its way out. I was worried someone or a dog would catch themselves on it so we tapped it up with tissue as a precaution. We stayed in Elstow 17 unit. If somebody would like to take a look . Otherwise, we couldn't fault it. Thank you again.

We had a great stay, this place is way better than what you find around for double the price. It was clean, the bed super comfortable, breakfast abundant and delicious, the bicycles were stored safely and the guy at the reception the most welcoming person ever.

The chalet style rooms rather dated, myself and my colleague who stayed in another room both had bathroom fans which didn’t work. Only half the lights worked in both rooms, I assume this was due to energy saving. Overall, the rooms could do with updating.
