  The view from the room was good, and the location good. The bed was comfy and the linen clean.

  I found the room cold and the heating control didn't work. I reported this to the receptionist who said someone would come and look at it but no one came. The light switching was also very odd...when I turned out the main light, all the side lights (including the bedside lights) went out and there was no way to turn them back on. Also, breakfast was stated at 6.30am but the hot food didn't come out until 6.38 which made me late for my first appt.
