I was late to check in and a member of staff called me to make sure I am coming. She left me a key to the room and all the instructions in a safe space, absolutely brilliant. The room was a good size, very comfortable beds as well.

Central location, the hotel's best feature. Apartment/Hotel style providing all sorts of amenities needed in the kitchen from cutlery, to cooking pots, a microwave and a dishwasher. Comfortable beds, spacious rooms.

Was given an "accessible" room which was not really comfortable for a normal person (really short and small sink). Had an issue at night, however, the hotel was not able to resolve the issue and had to switch rooms due to not offering housekeeping services in a 24 hour-basis. Which is surprising for a 4-star hotel that is definitely not economic. Disappointed with the service provided by the hotel as the bed sheets needed changing and asked the hotel staff twice to change them and received verbal confirmation from the staff that they would be changed. However, they were not changed and was informed that they offer no housekeeping services at night. Had to take them from the receptionist and change them myself which is disappointing for the room's price.

Extremely clean, tidy and perfectly presented, great location, extremely soft bedsheets. Felt brand new. Fantastic views. Exceeded expectations. Lovely temperature throughout the apartment.

Not enough non-wine glasses for four of us. No hand towels in the bathrooms. No tea, coffee or sugar. Very small double bed in 2nd bedroom. No washing up liquid. Hard to locate entrance. A long walk to collect the keys.

No TV so quite bored No kettle to make any tea No microwave The stairs were quite steep to get to our room We could hear other guests in their room very clearly through the walls late at night which disturbed our sleep and was annoying. It was in a state of disrepair. Plaster coming off walls and the sink in our room was hanging off slightly. The shared bathroom had a leak which a bucket was catching water from.
