Fantastic view and a great secluded location. Huge viewing window by bed was a nice touch. Good provisions for cooking and utensils. A real escape, didnt see another soul.

Toilet is cramped and not pleasant to use at all. Last visitors bodily hair still in the bedding. Not the cleanest stay, lots of ants inside of cabin, inside sugar etc. Some bits need replacing/repairing, bench is wobbly, fire surround severly cracked etc. Not bad overall but I would expect to pay less or be a bit better on cleanliness and maintenance for the cost.

The hotel was in a good location to the train station. The overall appearance of the hotel and restaurant was nice. The rooms were a good size

when we opened our window we had a view of a scaffold. When we inquired about changing our room, the staff member was not very accommodating.

The hotel is perfectly located, near to shops and pubs, great for transport links. Lovely gardens to sit in the sun. Spacious rooms.

The bedroom hadn't been hoovered and the bathroom floor hadn't been cleaned. We reported it and was told the housekeeper was still in and would come and sort it, they didn't. We didn't complain again as it was a one night stay but any longer I wouldn't of been happy. Windows don't open.

We got a refund for our room and could stay at another hotel The person at the reception was very understanding and helpful.
