5star all through. Rooms were spacious. Beds really comfortable. Bathroom big with bath and walk in shower. Many comfortable areas to sit in big comfy chairs, sofas. Grounds beautifully kept. Plenty parking Warm welcome on arrival, easy check in, check out. All staff friendly helpful. Spa treatment best I have ever had. Pool area clean, loungers availability, jacuzzi excellent. Food at breakfast excellent choices, Cultra Inn on grounds good value and lots of choice.

The staff here are always friendly and very helpful. The checking process was excellent, much of this by agreement during the booking process. The communication with the hotel I find to be very good and the room itself was very clean and comfortable, and the location is ideal for us.

An unknown noise which kept my partner awake for most of the night. It sounded like a generator or something similar and there was also a vibration as a result, I noticed this myself around 4 or 5am. This is the only issue I had on this particular visit. This is not something I've noted on prior stays.

Excellent location for walking to Bay Area or city. Very clean. Comfortable for four adults. We didn’t need to use the additional room or sofa bed. Being able to leave two cars onsite was a selling point.

Very noisy heating system pipework. Not a lot can be done about that and it didn’t detract from a nice stay.

1.Kitchen utensils are dirty and old 2.No supply of any seasoning for cooking such as salt and pepper or oil 3.Inside of the kettle has lots of shredding white pieces. Scare to use it to boil water. 4. Stove not working properly. 5. Kitchen towel and cleaning liquid in the kitchen only supply little bit . 6. Unable to reach the host when need help 7. The Ceiling on the same floor where the lift lobby is collapsed and water dripping 8. The Game room only provides 3 game chairs , without game console and TV . That was the main reason I booked it. 9. Different to what it shows in the pictures.

The room was basic but clean. Good size room.

Wasn't expecting to be in the cottage part of the hotel which is up quite a few steps and not well lit at night. The room was big but basic. Couldn't figure out how to get hot water out of the tap, and the coffee wasn't very nice *sorry. I've stayed in the Mount a few times and loved the rooms in the main hotel more than the cottage, and there was no full breakfast option so we went out for breakfast instead.
