Great location for Kensington, Notting Hill, Royal Albert Hall etc. Lovely clean room, good facilities (shower, bathroom etc), room was small but perfect if you are mainly planning on sleeping there and spending your days out in London. Wifi worked well for us, and the hotel was perfect as a base for exploring London. The Bayswater tube station is a very short walk away (100m or less), but it was quiet at night and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. We will definitely use the hotel again!

The location of the hotel is excellent for the purpose of getting to and from the city centre and there is plenty of car parking available. The room was clean and the shower very good and easy to use. The restaurant food was of very good quality and the restaurant staff were helpful and attentive.

The reception staff were haughty and charmless and appeared disinterested in customer service. They did not offer to assist with luggage when showing us to our room. The room was classified as a de lux room but was noisy, dowdy and unbearably hot and stuffy even though the ambient outside temperatures were mild. The air conditioning did not work and the replacement fan provided was noisy and not very effective. The wardrobe hanging space was inadequate. There was no coat hook provided. The hook on the bathroom door had fallen off and had not been replaced. The bathroom door was grubby and in need of repainting.

Traditional sea front guest house. Main thing for us was that it has its own parking which proved a real boon. Sea view room overlooking promenade very enjoyable. Breakfast will satisfy the heartiest appetite!

Dated decor and rooms , stains on carpet ( large) and on side of the bed , tiny bathrooms not great for taller people ! Overall a bit miserable looking and could do with a lick of fresh paint !

We arrived 20 minutes early and were told to go away and come back later. Bathroom substandard. Rooms dated. Bar staff friendly but didnt eat there because very good fish restaurant opposite. Couldn’t have the breakfast because they didnt start until 8. Overall impression. Everything done for the convenience of the landlord. Given options in the area i wouldn’t stay again.
