Great location for my work trip, in a beautiful peaceful village. Absolutely loved it. Cottage was gorgeous, very clean and had everything you needed. Super comfy and cosy, would highly recommend. Two pubs in walking distance, would recommend doing your food shopping on route or get supermarket delivery as village doesn’t have a shop.

The local manager Martin is very kind and service minded. I have stayed with Leonardo's several times and will come back again. The rooms are clean, good facilities with spa and pool, breakfast options nice. Everything is in walking distance. Otherwise there is a train station nearby or the underground.

The man on reception was polite and did his best to apologise for what is a particularly substandard situation. The room had been painted and carpeted relatively recently.

Bathroom is diabolical. No separation between shower and toilet. Water goes everywhere including under door and onto room carpet. Shower drain dirty and slow to drain. Room lacks simple comforts like two pillows per person. When asked for more receptionist claimed there were no more. Area doesn't feel safe. We booked for three nights. Decided to leave after one. Told receptionist and asked for a refund of other two nights. This was refused. We subsequently emailed asking again for a partial refund. No reply. These people are unprofessional. Best avoided.

There were at least 15 bottles of Cow Shed products in this small flat... Is this a Cow Shed shop or an apartment ??? And 2 TVs... Not in to sustainability then
