  Hot breakfast was buffet style and some items had dried out. Not hotels responsibility but bus service between Poole Quay and Sandbanks finishes at tea time so Taxi needed for Evening travel.

  It's quite small for 6 people. Above pub so some noise but we knew this when we booked. Was very warm, and one bedroom had no window, so it was far too warm to sleep comfortably.
