A wonderful relaxing stay, Tina & Amanda offer a standard of service that is often not seen in this type of establishment these days. We did not use our car at all during the time we stayed, lots to do and see in the area, we shall be back should we visit Swanage again, and as for Breakfast, it was exceptional, cannot recommend Swanage Haven highly enough!

Everything perfect really not sure if there was a shower fan in our ensuite which caused to room to mist up even with the window open. However, this did not affect the use of these facilities.

Contemporary open plan apartment in a central location with a great sea view. The owners provided a nice welcome pack which was very thoughtful

The bathroom wasn’t as modern as the rest of the apartment

I orefer a buffet type of selection where i can choose my own combinations eg, I would have liked a simple fruit salad with yogurt but that wasn't on offer. Don't like mugs without saucers. Just makes drips on the table if you use a teaspoon (but i didn't have one...borrowed husband's) Apple juice tasted diluted. Toast was very pale, limp and tough. We had to ask for butter. No side plate for toast. Not good trying to spread butter and jam on a plate already used for bacon and egg. My husband asked for his egg to he turned but it wasn't. It was brought back in a similar unturned state...perhaps the staff didn't understand this request. Some fellow diners had ages to wait for omelette. I can honestly say I enjoyed my recent breakfast at the Earls Court Premier Inn (cost £12.99) much more than this one.
