Great location as situated above shop restaurants and pub! Easy to get around local area and parking space for hire car at rear of property. Lovely apartment with all amenities as advertised and although on a busy road no noise from roads or parade of shops below. Easy access and perfect communication from property letting agents. No issues and thoroughly recommend staying here.

No real down side to this apartment.

The room was beautiful looking over the fields and the sea. There was a lovely big bed and plenty of space. Small things like a heated towel rail were an added bonus. Ian and Nicky were warm and helpful- thank you both.

A trivia thing- the fruit wasn't ripe in basket. Maybe just leave less but ripe.

This a lovely detached home in a residential area, surrounded by very nice properties and family homes. It felt safe, looked after and a great location with only 15 mins to Rochester central.

Only has one set of keys, however this isn’t a deal breaker. It’s kept in an accessible safe which is manageable, however I would recommend a second set be made available for certain situations or arrangements.

Lovely, clean caravan all mod cons , Furniture on the decking was lovely also Hot tub was lovely.

Nothing to do with the caravan owners More to do with the onsite facilities Had to pay £100 which I think is expensive to use the pool etc , pub and restaurant. So can't really comment on the facilities as I didn't use them .

Great location. Very comfortable and clean. The room was a good size for 2 people with larger bags.

Be wary if you aren’t able to carry your luggage up a few stairs. There are quite a few steps to access some rooms and the stairways are quite narrow. The elevator was out of service for one of our days, and we were on the 3rd floor which was up a very narrow spiral staircase. As it’s an old hotel you can hear creaking from movement on the floors above so if you are sensitive to noise that might bother you.

Unfortunately there's a noise/vibration that happens every minute or so that can be heard and felt through your whole body, it's sounds like old water pipes or something but x100! It kept me and my partner awake for the majority of the night, we sat awake from 4am until we gave up and traveled home around 8am. Will never return, it ruined our night away unfortunately.
