The location is fantastic with plenty of cafes around. There were also bus stop and tube stations nearby. The beds were comfy, nice view from the window and good water pressure in the shower.

The staff were rude (except for the reception lady she was lovely), the bathroom reeked of dampness. The rooms weren't cleaned or checked so had to request more toilet paper and fresh towels.

The place looked exactly like the pictures and everything looked great and was clean. Only a 10/15 min walk from the city centre and the coach station is basically just across the street.

Building is a bit of a maze to navigate but we were given very clear instructions from the owner/manager which definitely helped

Food was better than anticipated however the actual restaurant was closed, so it was served in the bar area which was not preferable.

The location. Nobody can grumble about waking up in the terminal!! No shuttle buses.

No windows or daylight, room very compact but was exactly what we needed. Gave us somewhere comfortable to watch box sets after learning our flight was delayed.

The apartment is a bit tired and needs modernising. The bed wasn't very comfortable - would suggest adding a topper.
