We loved our stay here. The hosts communicated with us and left very clear instructions for entry. The property was very clean. and the beds were so comfy!!! We slept better in these beds than our beds at home. Perfect location too for catching our early morning flight from Luton airport.

It is beautifully appointed with a stunning bathroom. The kitchen has everything you need; the bedroom has lovely white good quality linen and a very comfortable bed. The lounge is well furnished and very comfortable.

Helpful and friendly reserved service i.e. not over indulgent. The location in W1 is unparalleled, for shopping and sightseeing. Breakfast is delicious from an extensive menu, prepared for the guest.

I used a small double room which was comfortable if a little tired, located at the rear which unfortunately does not offer a view of any description (out of the hotel’s control) I wouldn’t pre-pay for breakfast as you can choose from the menu at the time

Good location for visiting the Chelsea flower show. The breakfast was excellent as were the staff.

The en suite was very small and needed some tlc. There were plastic mugs rather than glasses for water etc, no fridge in the room, and the TV was very strangely positioned very high up. The outside was covered in scaffolding and being painted whilst we were staying which was not mentioned when booking.

Was very dated.. needs a lot of work the rooms need updating and the beds were so uncomfortable.. and so hot in the room the gym was very old and had a very strange smell in it.. the buffet breaking could do with a change up and have more variety.. some of the staff where very polite and helpful friendly.. some very rude .. this hotel needs a lot more organising we wasn’t told the second day that we could use the hotel next door facilities and that was only because we found out from somebody who wasstaying in there..

Room was incredibly small with a single bed placed between two walls. The bathroom/toilet was in another adjacent room across the hall. The door to yhe room was really hard to open and l could hear whole conversations of a family a few rooms away. I was expecting more and it was a very poor accommodation experience. Will not be recommending it to anyone.

Toilet blocked. Staff watched us struggle with bags. No offer of help. Very very small rooms and bathroom. I Mean tiny.
