The property looked just as good as the photographs and we loved the modern Zakopane-style interiors. A bonus was the Tatra mountains view from the mezzanine window! Everything was clean, modern, and felt safe. The host video-called us to guide us to the accomodation parking, as the road was closed due to upgrades, this was very kind. Although, it would have been useful to know about this detour in the pre-arrival message exchange beforehand.”

  We had a lovely stay at this hotel, we was celebrating our wedding anniversary and the stuff could not be more welcoming, we check in with a lady called kasey she was very helpful and friendly and even updated our room for our anniversary to a beautiful suite which we very happy about and made our stay very enjoyable would definitely stay again such a beautiful hotel and great stuff!

  The hotel location and grounds are beautiful, with a relaxed atmosphere. All the staff were welcoming and very helpful. The facilities were great and the apartments were lovely, clean and comfortable. We were allocated an upgrade to what we had booked.

  We had a two night stay. Noise and vibration from a plant/service room below/adjacent to the bedroom made it very difficult to sleep on our first night. However, when informed the following morning, the staff and manager were very helpful and we were offered an alternate apartment which was perfect.

  Hosts very welcoming and helpful. Room spotless, very comfortable with great views. The vegie breakfasts were an excellent start to the day. Also just a pleasant 5mins walk to very good eateries in Conwy town on the evening.

  Passing the hotel on mainroad makes you think its closed. Very grey and not looking open. Maybe its due to early in the season?... Some flowers, colours, i dont know, but something that make hotel look more welcoming 😄😀
