The view! Situated close to the waterfront is this little slice of heaven. The host was so lovely and the room was spotlessly clean with a comfy double bed. Nice private bathroom with good water pressure. Never ever seen a better view in 6 weeks of travel as Palma Guest house. Looks great in photos, but it takes your breath away when you actually see it. Paid parking is available near the Tate Gallery and while you're up there check out the panoramic views from there as well. Access to the seafront is via a little lane straight out the front of the guest house and there are 2 sets of stairs down with hand railings. It's easy to walk down and up and brings you into the centre of all the lovely shops, restaurants, bakery and galleries.

Loved our stay but dont try to drive down the narrow lanes to the property just stay on the main roads and head to the Tate Gallery where you can park then walk down to the guest house, 4 minute walk down sloped road.

The lodge is beautiful, extremely comfy and literally has everything you need for your stay. There are donkeys and hens. And little wild rabbits which are so cute and lovely to watch while chilling outside. There is a lovely pub walking distance called the barge which is stunning and food lovely.

the owner texed us information on how to get into the house and our room very easy , we noticed when in our room there were no bath towels we contacted him and it was sorted and he was very apologetic , very comfy room

Friendly staff, great location. Although the lift was not working and we were informed beforehand they also stated that they would help with any luggage. It was not needed but nevertheless a nice gesture.

The bad aspect is really the breakfast service. Chaotic, couples wasting tables for 4 people, one day from missing cuttlery, to missing coffee beans, to 1 slice of bread for 3. Clearly understaffed even if they did the best they could.

It’s location was difficult to find due to incorrect information on Booking site. We tried phoning number on booking but told us it was incorrect, when we mentioned it on our arrival it seems they knew.
