The property was extremely comfortable and immaculately clean. Theresa our host was so friendly and made sure our stay was enjoyable. She even let us bring in a Chinese takeaway and eat it in her dining room which was over and above anything we would have expected. The rooms were beautifully decorated and the bed extremely comfortable. Toiletries were provided and there was also a nice choice of tea and coffee with kettle, coffee machine and fridge provided. There was even a wee dram of whisky waiting for us. The breakfast was the best we’ve ever had in a B&B with the best of produce including homemade jams. We enjoyed our stay so much and would not hesitate to visit again and would definitely recommend to others. Thank you again Theresa

Hotel was easy to find and it has a big parking space. The (British) Breakfast was worth the price (hat keine Wünsche übrig gelassen). The staff was really nice and always willing to help. The bathroom was modern and really clean.

First they didn’t give me the room which they advertise. Also their lift were broker down so they put ne in a wrong room which has no cutleries, no kettle for tea, no tv working, stains on the walls which i took pics too to show them and noisy surrounding. After telling the management more then 10 times they moved me to another room which didn’t have the tv working too.

We want to demand a substantial portion refund as the room we got was not the room advertised and had been deceived. This has to be against policy and illegal and must be reported . We also were supposed to be able to put our bags in agreed upon by 11am this was not achieved as they had no keys We could only check in at 4 pm The room was very tight for us, especially when we had to put our luggage in position for us, not to Tripp over . overall, it's very disappointing.
