The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.

When guests stay at the property they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff are and more.

After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

LOVED staying here! The perfect base for 4 days visiting the Llyn Peninsula. Our room was comfortable, quiet and we loved being so close to the beach - from most parts of the room it felt like being on a boat, because all we could see was the sea. The fridge / tea & coffee area was much used during our trip and we enjoyed Criccieth's cafe, coffee shop and restaurant options - as well as the local chip shop! Can't wait to come back.

The hotel is a fairly new build, so the rooms and corridors are fresh and well painted. It is in a perfect location; short walk to Birmingham New Street and the city centre. A great buffet breakfast; everything you could want and no rush to finish.

The air conditioning in the room was not functioning. The control panel had no power and I believe it was the same for the entire 8th floor. I was offered a change of room and a fan was provided, so it wasn't a big deal at the moment (as the weather is still quite cold).

Very nice property, very good for the price. Staff were very good at communicating and so helpful. We will be back.

Stunning location, with views from every room. Very comfortable beds with lovely bedding. Very friendly welcome.

Breakfast was goo but not excellent. The poached eggs were over cooked and none of the 5 vegetarians in our party were keen on the veggie sausage.

This is our second visit and improved since our last visit in 2018. Liked the new bar area and food

The wifi is a little tricky- I purchased it but online payment/ verification with bank needs internet and also the voucher was sent via e-mail- all of which I couldn't get to until I was off site and had 4G/5G. It says 1/2 hour free but we didn't get that to allow us to establish everything we needed to connect

Cleanliness. Perfect condition. Location. Tastfully appointed. Convenient parking.

The arrangement of the furniture. Stairs! Hit our head more than once! They should be turned or the one sticking out should have padding on it. If the couch was on the other side (move the TV) it would open up passage into the kitchen between the posts making it roomier. Luckily we could stay downstairs!
