  The house was in excellent condition, beautiful design and quality fittings and fixtures, the room was ideal for the solo traveller with solo use of the main bathroom, the breakfast was of the highest quality and the host Sandra surpassed all of this with her friendly and easy manner

  The location is amazing and the staff were very polite and happy to help. We had some issues with showers not working in our first 2 Rooms we were put into , but the staff were very courteous and helpful and upgraded us to a suite free of charge. The Bed was super comfortable

  Dont think there were enough staff for the size of the hotel and bar , just one member of staff all evening and cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms was lacking

  The hotel is located near the Underground Stations. Also, there are grocery stores, bakeries and restaurants nearby. The room was small but had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Cleanliness in the hotel is at an impeccable level. The staff is extremely friendly.

  I didn't find anything I didn't like. :) Yes, the lift was broken, but I didn't feel any discomfort as the staff helped with the luggage.
