Had dinner for the first time in about 15 visits to this hotel meal in bar area was nice and service at reception taking the order and chef bringing food to was excellent. Nicky excelled on breakfast again always friendly with the customers some of the younger staff need that customer service training to her level food always good at breakfast

We loved staying at the Fieldside Barn. The location is amazing. We saw lots of rabbits, a few deers, and even a fox just outside of the barn. Our dogs were welcome as well. The bed was very good, the kitchen was well equipped and everything was clean. Would love to stay again!

The location was highly convenient, the breakfast delicious, the house a beautifully decorated example of an Edwardian residence containing fine family pictures and Ruth's conversation was very interesting.

Close to shops and arena, great location. Room was nice enough for a few nights.

Rooms are not very soundproof, as it was quite noisy but more against the people staying rather than the accomodation. Would be nice if some small toiletries were provided or tea/coffee sachet.

The room was too warm and the AC turn off itself every 5 minutes therefore I did not have a good night of sleep. The room is only cleaned once every 2 days so if you are staying for less than 3 days , your room won’t be cleaned.

I stayed with my husband and 3 month old baby. I had advised the hotel of this when I booked the stay weeks in advance, yet they put us in the least accessible room on the second floor which we could only get to by walking up 2 flights of stairs, along a hallway and over 2 more sets of stairs/steps. We had a heavy pram and luggage. We even arrived early on the day and left luggage with reception since it was too soon to check in but by the time we returned on the day to check in this was the only room they had left. Breakfast was simple and not worth it. I complained about the room but the manager was not available, it’s been 2 days since and still no feedback or apology. Very disappointed.
