We stayed for the open day so not only was it cheap, an easy walk to the University and city centre but she got yo experience staying in the accommodation herself.Really comfy single bed, very clean, basic student hall bathroom.Exactly what we needed. The breakfast was REALLY good.Lots of choice and buffet style.Included in price so a bargain. It is just a room but you can get tea and coffee on the campus and it was nice to have no TV and just read.Towels and bedding provided

Nothing-for the price it was perfect

Absolutely fantastic experience! The glamping pod exceeded all our expectations. The toilet and shower facilities were clean and modern, making our stay incredibly comfortable. The highlight was definitely the hot tub, which was the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. The attention to detail and thoughtful amenities provided made our stay truly memorable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a unique and luxurious outdoor getaway!

There seemed to be an issue with the towel radiator, which was constantly on and caused the pod to become uncomfortably warm, especially at night.

I had just completed the london to brighton bike ride and was soooo exhausted after. When I reached the hotel i was welcomed by a friendly, very professional receptionist, sorry forgotten her name, but she is mix race. The hotel experience was really good.

Just no pencil and note pad in my room, but that was it.

Overall the accommodation wasn't bad, it has everything you need for a short stay for a fairly reasonable price and has a tesco very close which was handy. I would've enjoyed it more if the bed wasn't broken.
Negative section of review
The bed in our room was broken, the beam underneath the mattress was broken at the top of the bed causing it to dip massively when lyingin it, so it was quite uncomfortable to sleep in because of this. Shower was a bit on the small side but worked fine just a bit of a tight squeeze.

Great location, friendly host, field next door for walking the dog, good parking, though turning round was a bit tight. Wifi ok. Clean. Some thoughtful touches like dog blanket/towel, videos, nice muffins.

It's a tight attic conversion over a garage. Navigating around the bed, especially in the dark involves banged heads and shins. Males over about 5'10" will struggle to use the toilet standing due to the sloping roof and need to stand a long way back! Shower weak and temperature varied wildly during showers. Nice bread provided for breakfast, though only enough butter for one and the Marmite jar (I was getting excited and looking forward to this as I'd not had it for a long time!) was almost empty and well past its best. Bed a bit soft and lacking support. Door lock very tricky to unlock - don't plan on escaping a fire in a hurry while you're there. Not allowed to leave your dog unattended - it's not our fault you've had badly behaved previous stayers. Steep stairs.

We absolutely love Longlands and stay whenever we are travelling to Scotland as firstly it’s a good stop off point but more imports we know it’s consistent in all areas, staff, f & b, cleanliness etc

room was very clean, very quiet and an adequate size for me as a solo traveller. Staff very friendly and couldn't do anymore to make you feel at home. The location was perfect also for me,

some shower gel would have been useful but it wasn't an issue as I had a small bottle myself to use.

Very close to the city centre. Short walk from the train station. Everything at hand and quite and interesting layout.

I thing this relates to a lot of Blackpool but it felt a little grubby. Some places needed a lick of paint and signs needed cleaning.
