Romay was so easy to talk to and welcomed us into the B&B like it was a second home (her dogs were adorable as well and totally won us over). We appreciated having a small fridge to store our lunches/drinks and snacks for baby. Even though we had to go into Dingwall to get food- Pronto Pizza was very tasty- as the pub was full with a hen party, we never felt like we were inconveniencing Romay by using the dining area later in the evening to have our meal. She even encouraged us to have a little fire afterward in the living room- we certainly took her up on it and it was nice and cozy to read with a glass of wine next to a cackling fire! The view from our room was spectacular and it was nice and quiet in our room despite the neighbours having their annual party- maybe next time we'll have to join! Thanks so much to the lovely hostess, would return!

It couldn’t be any more convenient for Terminal 5. The process of being dropped off was well signposted and the concierge prompt and helpful We were upgraded to a better room with complementary mini bar and breakfast which was very kind but ironic given neither of us drink before flying and we had to leave before the dining room opened for breakfast The room was excellent, spacious, large comfortable bed, nice bathroom etc

Reception was at times very busy with insufficient staff We ate at the Livra restaurant which was very expensive and our meals were not good (I was unable to eat mine and we weren’t charged for it) although the service was friendly it was clearly rushed

Beautiful surroundings, very serene very happy we stayed here over in town. Beds were comfy, bathroom great and very clean. We all said we'd happily stay here again.

Dim lighting, no good for makeup. No glasses for water. Soft bed. Lukewarm shower. Shower height adjuster broken. No soap on the sink, only in the shower. Mechanical noise (fans, bleeping, random electrical buzzing). Noisy staff moving things around first thing in the morning.
