The staff here are always absolutely amazing, they always make checking in and out easy and I always have a lovely chat with them when I see them! Also think it's great that they now have a parking deal with the multi-storey out the back, as it's one of the reasons I love staying at Leonardos.

Just a 5 minutes drive from Sheringham where we went for an old steam train ride, great things this hotel have their own parking space which rather spacey. Their restaurant did served a wonderful roast menu as they promised on their side walls

Breakfast was rather poorly manage, perhaps a fresh bread from local bakkery wouldnt cost much, we got a dried bread selection of two ( brown or white ) & such a shame the hotel didnt provide a map / guidance on how to get on the beach just right behind their hotel, we had asked the waitress but she didnt even know how....

1) clean house with all amenities possible. 2) very thoughtful host 3) toys for babies 4) location is in middle of town so easy to locate 5) host was kind enough to keep some breakfast options for the guests.

The location was great if you don’t wish to be in Brighton town centre. Parking is a great feature at no extra cost.

It’s clear this is not an original build Malmaison. It’s an overlay refurb. Windows were old and carpet frayed in parts. I’ve stayed at Malmaison hotels in the past and the quality of facilities, decor and overall feel of the hotel here was not what I’ve previously experienced. Didn’t at all feel like a near £200 standard room rate. Poor value. Celebrating my partners birthday I had to hold off saying anything that might have impacted her enjoyment but I think she wanted to say something too.

No where to sit after 9pm when they close the bar. Dated decor in bedroom, bed seen better days. Cobwebs in several places and shower head was black.

The house itself was A1. Would book again for sure.

One very tiny point: the kitchen didn't have any washing up sponges or brushes (or at least I couldn't find them), which I found quite odd. I had to go an buy one, no biggie, but still an inconvenience. Two for the price of one...and both have been left behind for the next guests!

After checking in, my friends and I had to wait for someone to serve at the bar. Could do with an extra pair of hands in the afternoon. :-)
