Stayed in the coach house which was self contained with separate entrance and had plenty of room for us to spread out, including a porch for our wet weather gear. There was a large bath as well as a shower and lots of hot water. Chose this as an alternative to camping as the weather was mixed, and would definitely book again. No staff on site and decor quite worn so not a luxury experience, but suited us fine for the price, clean and had everything we needed. Great value for money. The self serve breakfast was a welcome bonus, offering coffee machine, cereals, packaged pastries, juice and long life milk.

Breakfast arrangements might not work so well if the hotel was busy. There was no water available in the breakfast room for washing or drinking and nowhere to leave used bowls and cutlery apart from on the table, leaving it untidy for the next people. Staff didn't always check and top up supplies or clean every day so some days things ran out.

I enjoyed a great nights R&R during a long journey south. Staff were so kind and attentive. Spa treatment was a perfect antidote to a stressful journey. Room was very comfortable; food delicious , in particular the breakfast. A bag with water and snacks for my onward journey was a very thoughtful gesture. Grounds were beautiful and well maintained. Will definitely return.

This is one of the most tranquil places I've ever stayed at. The scenery alone is worth the drive. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. The facilities are top notch and it's close enough to nearby towns that it doesn't feel like it's in the middle of nowhere.

The location was great, we had a special offer on our breakfast for £14.95 buy one get one free if you booked it the day before. The staff were very pleasant and friendly and the breakfast staff were definitely on the ball.

The WiFi wasn't great, and although the room was very clean it was a bit dated, could do with a spruce up, bathroom door was chipped underneath and the whole bathroom needs modernizing.

The location was really good ! Very close to Westfields and to local stations. The view was also amazing and their was a really big fridge and freezer

The aircon wasn’t working when I stayed and when I contacted the host I had no reply resulting in a very uncomfortable nights sleep and there are no open windows in the property. The tv was just propped up against the wall on a table which made it very hard to watch in bed. It would’ve been a lot nicer if the tv was on a bracket on the wall. There was also old washing in the washing machine that kicked out a horrible mouldy smell.

Well, the elevators are quite a journey. Yes fast, quick to arrive but to get from the reception on the 35th floor to the Hutong restaurant on the 33rd floor of the building took 4 changes of elevator. Go from bedroom on 44th floor to reception on 35th floor, change elevator, 35th floor to ground zero, change elevator. Go ground zero to floor 32, change elevator to go to floor 33. I was quite hungry when we got there!
