Positive section of review
The location is excellent as the West end of Glasgow has a lot going on nearby. The Botanic gardens are 3 minutes walk away. My room was clean and quiet bathroom spacious too. Very warm throughout. Staff helpful but you have to ask rather than them offering to help. Eg carrying cases up or down stairs. But all perfectly polite.

My bed (single ) was rather hard and I was woken up earlier than would probably prefer as the smell of breakfast cooking was very strong. I blocked off the door bottom with my spare pillows which helped. Didn't eat breakfast -sure it was nice tho.

Amazing location for access to central London and walking distance to Royal Opera and Covent Garden area. For a budget hotel in the middle of London it was good value. Security of 24 hour staffed front desk. Bed surprisingly comfy and excellent daily cleaning service.

Bathroom and room in need of an update. Felt cramped but I was in one of the smaller single studio rooms. Narrow corridor on my floor and some noise from adjoining and opposite rooms with comings and goings.

This was our second stay at Cloncaird in a different property. Spacious and beautiful period features. The grounds are outstanding and we had a lovely walk along the river with the dogs.

For a self catering guests, a review of the crockery and particularly serving dishes would be beneficial. We had to contact the host for some essential supplies as soon as we arrived. Quick response and resolved but not ideal as this was basic stuff.

Fantastic service from the staff. Very well organised hotel. Big shout out to Sam on reception who was so warm and welcoming. He also helped with our heavy suitcases.

The proximity of the location of the key to the apartment was very good. The attendant was also super friendly and helpful.

The address doesn't necessary help because there were no visible street numbers on the building and it could have helped to know I was looking out for a Tuck shop.
