The apartment is in a quiet location very near the tube station. It is tidy, has all necessary equipment for simple meal preparation - microwave, fridge, kettle, some dishes. Internet connection is good and stable. The owner communicates well in time and has all details ready at hand. I'd go next time again!

Very comfortable. The loft area looking down on the lounge/kitchen was relaxing and cosy. A wonderful additional living space. Excellent location, only short walk into town centre across foot bridge. Two free private parking spots a great bonus.

A partial river view fro the room wh9ihc was great. The room was a good size and and excellently comfortable large bed. Buffet breakfast had a great range and quality - especially the porridge. Very helpful and friendly staff throughout.

Room and leisure facilities realy nicely presented. When checking in had been given wrk v rooms as wanted adjoining rooms. This was corrected straight away and we were very happy with the new rooms

1. It was a terrible experience for me to have booked, and staying at a hotel like this having spent a reasonable amount of money for a night, 21.00pm to 10.00am. This limited timing of checking out is definitely not what I expected. 2. The status of the premises and the room (201) we have stayed was totally unacceptable and unsecured. As I checked the window carefully, it was not safe and unsecured. I had to use an object to make the window as secure as possible, as there was no alternative for it. 3. None of the internal doors were secured, not even a safety bolt in place. 4. One of the bathroom's windows was also found unsecured, and no lock was provided on either side of the door. 5. The carpet on the floors was full of stains. 6. There was no night shift available at the facility (after 21.00pm). 7. The double bed is in the room, is unstable, and the headboard is found falling apart. Overall, the class of this service, which we have expressed, is less than a one-star 🌟 .
