Sweet little flat in a great location. Loved the fact that it had a washer dryer and providing laundry pods was a great touch! Very clean, well stocked and with nice fixtures in the kitchen & bathroom. I was worried about cleanliness ahead of the trip, but it was genuinely spotless. TV, fast wifi, toiletries & cooking staples were provided as well. Loved that one of the rooms has an en-suite too, and two have massive comfortable beds. We also appreciated the instructions sent ahead of the stay as they were clear & comprehensive.

Just a couple of notes, the stairs going up to flat 2 are quite steep narrow & there’s no landing ahead of the door. We were travelling with a baby & had brought a small travel pram which was ok, but would have struggled carrying a larger one up and down. Even with the smaller pram, going up and down while holding the baby was difficult. On the plus side, there’s a video intercom so you don’t have to run down to open the door which was brilliant. The en-suite was very handy, however it has some stairs with hard edges going down to access it. This is fine if you’re all able bodied adults, you’re just a bit more careful but we have a baby who had just started walking. He was young enough that we could just make sure to keep the door closed but I can imagine a slightly taller/older toddler would need to be watched carefully or something put in front of the door. Lastly I can imagine the front bedrooms being noisy at night on the weekend, but that’s the trade off for having such a central & easily accessible location! The back bedroom was great, no noise issues at all.

On a Thursday morning at 6:10am, the restaurant manager said breakfast was not ready until 6:30am. The website and reception said breakfast is served from 6am, Monday to Friday! I had to go checkin for my 8:45 European flight at 6:45... I was 30 minutes late, but I made it.

The location is good but the hotel is tired and needs an upgrade.

The room was supposed to be a special terrace suite. The furniture was cheap and damaged. The terrace had no furniture or seating so you couldn't enjoy it. The room was small and very hot (a cheap fan was provided which was inadequate and noisy) The bathroom was old and the lighting was awful. This room was completely overpriced and disappointing.

No one present on site to deal with issues. Fortunately I had none so all went well. However my fellow travellers did have issues which remote communication made somewhat difficult. They travelled from overseas with no mobile connection.

What I didn’t like is that the cleaness of the toilet was not up to hygiene. The room was very dirty on the floors. There was a poo stains on the toilet and the staff who we spoke to on the phone was very rude we didn’t like the way they spoke and that in the manner they spoke to be honest I would like a full refund it wasn’t a very nice place to be The staff turn up at our door at 1:45 in the morning to ask if they can clean the toilet which is completely unfair because why would you knock on the door at that time in the morning.
