Very light, clean and spacious. Lovely vista of the ponds just outside. We enjoyed watching the baby ducks and moorhen. Really appreciated the little extras like the loaf of bread and eggs. Kitchen well equipped. Enormous wet room shower. Both bedrooms had a lot of space. Choice of sitting area, either the big sofas or the conservatory armchairs. Private patio to eat you morning tea out in the sunshine. We highly recommend this place.

Bathroom sink very small and overshadowed by the medicine cabinet, making it very difficult to clean you teeth without spitting on the floor! And be careful of the speed bumps on the private drive!

Delightful cottage so tastefully styled and very well equipped. Easy walking distance to town centre which had plenty of things to do, good places to eat…or seats to just sit and watch the the boats on the harbour and children playing in the water.

The room was amazing very beautiful and clean, brakefast was nice (regular English breakfast), staffs were very helpful, and the location is the best just facing the national train station.

My radiator wasn't working properly but they immediately brought me a manual heater which really helped. So I will say nothing was bad about this hotel

Was not the best accommodation bed very uncomfortable rip and tears in bed bases and mattress. All round condition not good poor condition. Would not stop again at this accommodation

The fire alarm at midnight was no fun but possibly was necessary. shower in Room 815 did not work. The rooms were on the warm side with no tempers control available - not sure why that was.
