Though the checkin is self-completed there were some staff in the shop area (during working hours) to assist with anything if needed. Otherwise the communication before checkin with door codes, etc. was very easy and convenient. The aparto itself was comfortable, clean and quiet. We would recommend this to anyone wanting a nice aparto style accommodation in Porto with nice restaurants close by (for dine-in or takeaway).”

      - Nice neighborhood with a beautiful park "Ladywell fields" right next to the apartment complex. - The no-human-contact check-in and check-out system works great, especially with the detailed instructions that they provide on the portal. - The apartment was clean - The neighborhood and complex felt safe. - Very close to transportation.

      - I personally liked the no-human-contact check-in and check-out system. It helps reduce cost and simply works, but I can see how many people won't like it, and won't like reading the 10s of links and notes they send you. - I suggest they handle the damage deposit release better. You are asked to check-out at 10 and leave your keys at the dinning table. You aren't supposed to meet anyone before you leave. A cleaner will come later to assess the apartment and decide if everything is okay before releasing the damage deposit. I can see how this can be problematic and how many people won't trust this system. I was told that the deposit will be released within 7 working days, and I hope it will be released as promised. - Kitchen utensils are very minimal. - A baby cot was pictured in one of the photos, but we didn't find one when we arrived, and when I inquired, I was told it was not provided. If that's the case, I think that picture should be removed. - Double bed is smaller than usual and the sofa beds are very uncomfortable (which is to be expected)

      The house was in a perfect location, only a 10-minute walk along the river to the town..The accommodation was excellent it had everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay.

      Nice location very ideal. Some staff are lovely and welcoming. Ironing boards in the hallway are also good touch as most places you must rent

      When checking in we noticed we had the same room as the week prior , however the shower door was hanging off on our visit the week before. Before check in we asked ‘ in the shower door fixed as it was hanging off before’ staff responded with . ‘ yes all fixed’. However upon getting into the shower it was indeed still hanging off. We approached the night staff and explained to which he said ‘ nothing I can do you’ll have to let staff on reception know in the morning. We did let them know and the lady was mortified nothing was done. She was very respectful and helpful. I did also have to send an email at 5:56am due to the constant noise , banging , shouting and laughing from the room above us and absolutely nothing was done. No staff visited the room throughout the whole visit when the noise was certainly loud enough. Even after my email nothing was done and check out was 11:00 and it didn’t stop until around 10:30 when im presuming they checked out. We had No sleep ! Came for a break and left exhausted and annoyed. We won’t allow this to stop us visiting again as stated our first visit was wonderful but the second was awful! If this was our first visit we certainly wouldn’t have stayed again but we are going to simple judge for the first and hope this was a one off.
