  Location and long family history of visiting since 1965. Beautiful building and good facilities.

  Very cold but appreciate cost of heating. Had a table for 6 booked for dinner but didn’t expect 2 small round tables pushed together. Not enough space for drinks, bottles etc. Also small round breakfast tables very tight with such very large plates! Food excellent though!

  Main house area was lovely. Easy and plentiful parking. Gym was nice.

  Room was cold and had a bad smell. Radiator was switched off when I got in there. Had to turn the radiator on which was difficult and then the noise of the heating working was very noisy. Radiator also had a minor leak which had a big lump of calcite formed on the bottom of the radiator. The food at the bar was nice but in my opinion it was over priced. I had 1 drink, a burger and onion rings and this was £27 which I believe is too much for the quality being served.
