We loved everything rooms very clean and comfortable. Shower facilities and bathroom really nice and staff wonderful. They upgraded us with it being our wedding anniversary, and we loved it very accommodating. We're certainly coming back to stay . Breakfast was lush and nice to have a choice, and we both slept like logs. Staff on reception from greeting to us leaving were fab, friendly and very helpful.

The owners were very welcoming and friendly and nothing was any problem. The guesthouse is convenient for all local amenities including bus and train stations only a few minutes walk. Also very close to the esplanade. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast with extensive menu and all cooked to order. A lovely place to stay.

Stayed here to go see Foo Fighters and the apartment had everything we need for a nice one night stay. Everything was very clean and the instructions were clear to gain entry to the apartment 10/10

Excellent staff. Looked after very well by Bridget and a young man. Bed was cosy and comfortable. Good bedding. Breakfast tray is very good. Highly recommended this accommodation.

The heater is rather weak or we didn't have it set right: couldn't see the digital display properly. Needed it in Summer! So it wouldn't be adequate in Spring or Autumn. Need a folder with info on how to use heater, TV and lighting and where nearest pub and food is.

The location is perfect. Right by the train station and city centre/ university. Staff were friendly and helpful when needed.

Room card passes that didn’t work almost every other day or at random points, so you’d be stuck in the lift trying to go up or get into the room. The bed sheets/ pillow cases and towels did not smell pleasant. So I’d have to bath it in my perfume to be able to sit and sleep on it. More attention could be used on cleaning especially in the corners and edges of the walls where I saw a fairly big dead bug and sliders around. Breakfast area and quality could be improved on especially for the price. Rather than tinned fruit- have fresh real fruit and organic produce please. It’s important for those who have long working and study days.
