No food available, but it had all I needed. Comfortable bed with clean linen, towels, soap en-suit WC & shower room. Small but serviceable. It is What it is, no frills & functional. Had kettle & coffee / tea etc & I went armed with a pot noodle in case of late night munchies. It has a great location, not too far from the centre with a good view of Brighton Pier from my window. It is about 15 mins walk from The Brighton Centre where I was attending a Gig. If grubby windows & a cracked pane of glass bother you then this is probably not for you. Didn't worry me as the curtains were drawn most of the time anyway. This place serves it's purpose adequately but don't expect the Ritz. Great Stay 👍

Not much,, it is what it is & I accept that. The windows could have done with cleaning but I wasn't bothered, I was more after clean & functional bed & bath facilities that was close enough to the Gig for 1 night. No, can't really raise any complaint as was aligned with my needs & expectations. Not for everyone for sure, but was ideal for me.

Very pretty place. Old school, so, for people like myself, lots of ducking or banging heads on ceilings (despite signs warning me!) Breakfast had plenty of options. Staff were very kind. Parking was great. Was VERY quiet at night. Petrol station opposite. Bathrooms were lovely. Shower was great. Towels were comfy.

Rooms were VERY hot, even with the fan provided. Beds were small, wven for singles. No aircon.

Well thought out and a decent location for a break. Swimming pool and other facilities able to be booked for your own group for half an hour time slots. This was great as we had a five week old baby and it was his first time in the pool so we obviously had to make preparations for this.

Booked a cottage, some of it was a little dated (bathrooms mostly) but I suppose this was reflected in the price in comparison to the space available.

The place is lovely and I've stayed here a few times now as we come to visit family Swimming pool, restaurant and the bed are brilliant

It was the first time we stayed when there was an event on, it sounded like they put me and my partner right in the middle of where these people were staying. It was gone 2am by the time we got to sleep due to the noise of the doors and shouting

Location was central, train station just over the road. Ideal for short stay.

Room backed onto a pub, although it was fairly quiet. Sink was tiny and awkward to use but was fine for a night or two.
