Location was fantastic and the staff so friendly, free wine and cheese night was a bonus to get us relaxed and settled. Facilities like the shower, bathroom and light/electric blinds control panel really modern and easy to use. Lobby was beautiful and relaxing space.

Bed was super firm and was not very comfortable, having to climb over my partner to get in and out of bed as the bed is against the wall not ideal. Room very small if you are staying for longer than a couple of nights. Could do with a plug socket near a mirror not a major issue but was a stretch for the hair dryer.

Great, spacious family room (with separate sub-room for kids!), huge bathroom with both: bath and shower, great breakfast options. Very friendly staff and beautiful place. For us- perfectly located.

The location was excellent so handy for buses and Liverpool St Station, and the tube. Shoreditch and Spitalfields Market. The staff were gorgeous and friendly. Offered lemonade on arrival.

Our king size bed was two single mattresses put together. Both were old and springs were apparent. A very sunken experience. But worse was the bright blue glow from the services tablet in the wall - lights air con etc. There was no way to turn it off. It face the bed.

Only observation is that the water pressure is very good so the shower heads can jump around. Not really an issue though. Watch out for the joining instructions as you need to initially gain access from the rear of the property.

I expected the property to be as good as the Innskeeper collection that I had previously stayed in (Beckford Inn) but it was not up to the same standard.The family room was not big as I expected it to be. Breakfast options were limited. The bed was not comfortable either. Overall, did not feel like staying in an Innskeeper collection hotel.

The venue is a bit like a maze and although the rooms are lovely, if you are placed in the far end of the hotel, it is quite a trek and a little confusing how to find your room, with changing levels, you can quite easily go round in circles.

I requested a ground floor room due to having mobility issues and I was told I’d been given a ground floor room but when I checked in I hadn’t and had to walk far to my room and then up two flights of stairs. For my inconvenience we was given a food voucher for the restaurant which was nice but it meant I couldn’t use the spa because going up and down the stairs was a problem. So didn’t get value for money .

Too far from airport- impossible to find during late arrivals - no information at all , no buses during night . I spent additional £ 24 for taxi in one way and £ 5 for a bus to return to the airport

The Bed was terrible any movement at all and it creaked so was unable to get a good night sleep. Breakfast tables was not cleaned quickly after use living limited clean tables to sit at.
