The welcome items were very good. The household items were also very welcome to find. Always good to have broom, dust pan and hoover. The property central heating system was very good although the property holds its heat really well. Decor was very pleasant and love the wooden floors. Loved the skylights. The site manager was very helpful with information and our visits out and about were very good, poor weather stopped our final day plans to visit the local beach. But we went to the castle and on a clear day the views would have been great.

The only thing that concerned a couple of us was the shower base was a little slippery. We put a towel of our own on the base each time.

The cottage was aptly named ‘Charming’ it was well equipped & spotlessly clean, it was a treat to use the fluffy white bath towels, & sleep in immaculate white bedding, the cottage sits mid terrace along a narrow path, and is in a perfect location on the North Lanes, We were also lucky to see a couple of foxes sunning themselves in the garden. The host Carey was brilliant, liaising right from making my booking through to my vacating the cottage. The neighbours are very sociable too!! Thank you we really enjoyed our stay!!

The Hotel is centrally located and it's very convenient. The bus stop is by the doorstep and most amenities are within a walking distance. The reception was very friendly and very helpful. I can highly recommend Sleeperz Hotel Dundee.

Fabulous Location. The room was lovely. Staff was polite and friendly. I'm not keen on the cups provided for tea and coffee in the room. Apart from that we had a wonderful stay

The owner did not put on heating and refused to heat the room. There was no soap or clean towel in the bathroom and the kitchen was a mess.

Jacuzzi was too hot we had to wait for 2hrs to use and we only managed to stay for 10min as was still too hot over 40degress according to spa receptionist
